Acknowledgements
The group would like to specifically acknowledge our supervisor who acted as the "client" during our project. Dr Sierra provided us with valuable assistance both regarding the project and life in Gijon.

We would also like to extend our gratitude to the laboratory supervisor, Ana María Casaus García, and any other member of staff who assisted us in anyway during our stay in Gijon.
