"Within the group I was primarily tasked with sourcing the material and parts for manufacture & assembly along with keeping track of the project budget and progress according to goals detailed in the Gantt chart".
"As the technical manager, I oversaw the design of the prototype. Furthermore I was in charge of the CAD modelling, manufacture and testing of the prototype."
"My role mainly consisted of organising group meetings to determine the progress of the project. Also, I was tasked with liaising with the client and being the source of contact between the team and Dr Sierra."
"My main responsibilities involved sorting all files, having the final say on reports and developing the website and presentations over the course of the project. "
Our team consisted of 4 mechanical engineering students from the University of Strathclyde. All 5th year Master students, our final year group project was completed at the University of Oviedo (Gijon campus). We completed our work under the supervision of Dr Jose Manuel Sierra Velasco, who acted as the "client" during the project.
